Refund policy
Returns:
All of our pieces are carefully designed and handmade by us; we want you to love them as much as we do. If you have any problem or concern with a piece, don't hesitate to contact us at amapolacreationss@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (order # and confirmation email)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. If you are a local client, you can contact us to schedule a meet-up/pick-up return, subject to availability.Â

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds, only store credit for the value of your order. This means that if you want to return an item, you can choose another item from our store (of equal value) to exchange for it. (contact us for any specific questions).Â
